Candice King, a American actress rose to fame playing Caroline Forbes in The Vampire Diaries. Candice started her career first as a singer. The singer became an acclaimed actor following that. In 2009, she debuted her first album titled 'It is Always the Innocent ones in the United States. She wrote twelve out of the 14 tracks on the album. In parallel, she was working to develop her acting skills while guest starring on some shows like How I Met Your Mother and Greek. Although her career progressed steadily, the breakthrough didn't come when she appeared on The Vampire Diaries on CW. The show almost immediately made the name of her character a household one. Candice was recognized by her extraordinary acting talents as well as her impressive performance. She reprised her role for all the eight seasons of the show that lasted for 171 episodes. The Originals was her spin-off that aired in the year the year 2018; Legacies was followed by 2021.
