Kolber is from Pennsylvania who graduated with a diploma in graduate studies at the University of Miami. She began her professional career at CBS Sports New York City as a video coordinator. She was awarded a Sports Emmy in Miami during her stint as a reporter at WTVJ-TV. In addition, she was a reporter at WPLG-TV Miami, and WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. She was selected as an anchor for ESPN2 at the beginning of 1993. Her time with ESPN2 ran for three years. After that, she joined Fox Sports. In 1999, she returned to ESPN and is currently host of the show "Monday Night Countdown".
